Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and concrete base. Cross with chamfered-edged arms, with mouldings, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front, a rhymed inscription (1). Second step of plinth with cornice and serrated frieze, covered with hipped roof. On the sides engraved frames with quarter-circular chamfered upper corners, in the right-hand one an engraved inscription (2). On the front in a similar panel an engraved inscription (3).

1. Wierna żona poza grobem / najukochańszemu mężowi. //
2. Praca twoim hasłem / Cierpienia nagrodą / Miłość żony i dzieci / Jedyna osłoda. Zawcześnieś / Nas porzucił i ok[...] za tobą / Chociaż jesteś od nas z dala / Duchy nasze z tobą. //.
3. Tu / spoczywa / Ś P / JÓZEF ADAM / Przeżył lat 45 / + 25/2 1899 / Prosi o pozdrowienie Anielskie //.
