There is a Polish military cemetery in Rokitno, where 39 Polish Army soldiers killed in the Polish-Bolshevik war are buried. Along with them, soldiers of ataman Semen Petlura's army allied with the Poles are buried. The central point of the cemetery became a stone mound, topped with a cross; a plaque with the inscription was placed on the mound: "To the Heroes of the Fatherland - Children of the City of Rokitno". During the Second World War, several burials of war victims took place here - probably this place was chosen for fear of organising burials in the municipal cemetery, located outside the town.
The cemetery once occupied a larger area, but after the Second World War part of it was taken for a building plot. In 1997, the cemetery was fenced with funding from the Council for the Protection of Struggle and Martyrdom Remembrance. In 2014, the quarters were renovated. The existing tombstones were replaced with concrete crosses and concrete grave field borders. The stone mound, in addition to the existing plaque, received another four plaques with inscriptions in Polish and Ukrainian: "Polish war cemetery 1919-1920. Rokitno" // "Honour to the victims 1919-1920. - Polish Army of Marshal Jozef Pilsudski - Ukrainian Army of Ataman Semen Petlura. Rest in peace" // "The cemetery was rebuilt by the Riflemen's Association "Strzelec"-O.S.W rifle unit No. 3003 - Trzebnik district - Polish Cultural Association "Rokitnowszczyzna" as part of the action of the Polish Television Branch in Wrocław entitled "Mogiła pradziada ocal od zapomnienia". Rokitno 12.07.2014" // "Soldiers of the Polish Army resting here [hereinafter list 53 names] and others. Honour their memory. Rokitno." All plaques are rectangular, made of black granite.
