In the central part of the old cemetery there is a mass grave of Polish soldiers who died in the Polish-Bolshevik war. In October 1934, the remains of 20 Polish soldiers killed in 1920, of whom only 4 could be identified, were ceremoniously placed in this grave in 6 coffins exhumed from the vicinity of Zdolbuniv.
The grave has been preserved to the present day, despite the fact that it was badly neglected during the communist rule after World War II. The site is now looked after by scouts.
The massive concrete monument on the grave is topped with a metal cross, in the grave field lies a concrete plaque with the inscription: "Here lie the bodies of 20 Polish Army soldiers / killed in the defence of the town of Zdolbunov / Jaszczukowski Edward / Arczewski Józef / Urszulak Antoni / Kowalski Józef / and 16 unknown".
