Tadeusz Krafft (1878-1942), born in Kowel, engineer architect. He held the position of district architect in Łomża (1910), district architect in the Starosty of Kowel (1922-32) and chief architect of Łuck. He was a member of the Association of Architects of the Republic of Poland, Volyn Branch, as well as the Volyn Association of Technicians, and cooperated with the periodical "Volyn Technical News".
