Władysław Piotr Klisiecki (1897-1940), born in Lisek, architect. In 1924, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Lvov Polytechnic. He was a district building inspector and an official of the City Board in Łódź. He participated in the September campaign as a second lieutenant in the sapper reserve. He was shot in Kharkov in April or May 1940.
