Burial place marked by broken column on sarcophagus and base. Column on its own base. On the front a convexly carved eagle under a crown below an engraved inscription (1). Next to it on the sarcophagus the remainder of the column, supported on an irregular support. On the front a shield of arms with two coats of arms: Leliwa and Jastrzębiec, under the labrys. Lower and upper edges of the sarcophagus profiled. Sarcophagus covered by a wider panel with slightly chamfered top and side edges. Rectangular frame to the front, within which is an engraved inscription framed on the left by a convex carved representation of a rider on horseback with raised right hand with sword. Visible beard, on the left shoulder a shield, with the left hand holding the bridle of the horse. On the right an effigy of a woman, with her right hand raised in which she holds a sword, her left hand supported by a shield. Dressed in a long antique robe. Visible long wavy hair falling to the shoulders. Head turned to the left.
