Stanislaw Petrusewicz (1912-2005), an engineer who came to Ottawa during the war, where he worked at a plant producing landing gear for bomber aircraft, was one of the founders of the Association of Polish Engineers in Canada, and after the war settled in Montreal, where he worked at Wajax Co. Ltd, successively as project engineer, project chief, chief engineer and vice-president. Husband of Irena Petrusewiczowa.
