Cemeteries with Polish gravestone monuments.

Completed works:
The aim of the project was to inventory the cemeteries of citizens of the Republic of Poland in the Hutsul region and to inventory and document the preserved objects, i.e. graves in Yablonov, which are part of the material heritage of the former Polish eastern lands.

Two cemeteries - a Catholic one and a Jewish one - left behind by former Polish citizens were inventoried in Jablonov.

200 objects were inventoried, for which inventory cards/records were prepared, containing among others: a photograph of the object, type of material, description and characteristics according to an art historian, inscription (text), GPS indications, dimensions in cm (width/height/thickness), comments on the state of preservation and archival information obtained.

This data was also made available in electronic form to all interested parties.
