The tomb of the Szukszta family in Kontovce, Samogitia. The foundation of the unfinished burial chapel, in the vault of which lie Catherine of Terebesz Szukszta and her husband, Stanisław Szukszta. The construction of the chapel was to have been completed by their sons, but they were exiled to Siberia after 1863 and the confiscated property handed over to a Russian general. The photo shows Teresa Pajewska-Scheller née Szukszta, founder of the plaque commemorating her ancestors, owners of the Kontowcie estate.
