Plaques dedicated to Władysław Raczkiewicz and Benedict Dybowski in Tartu

In the Estonian town of Tartu, precisely in Toomemagi Park, there are plaques dedicated to famous personalities connected with Tartu. Among them are two dedicated to Władysław Raczkiewicz and Benedict Dybowski, respectively. Dybowski came to study there in 1852, while Raczkiewicz moved to the University of Dorpat (now Tartu) from St Petersburg. The inscriptions on the plaques are in both English and Estonian.
