Burial site originally marked by a statue of Michael the Archangel on a two-stage plinth. The figure on its own base, lost, lies beside the gravestone. Figure with outstretched wings, wearing helmet and short Roman armour, with scales of scales in right raised hand and sword in left. First pedestal step with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with plain frieze to front, covered by wider panel. To the front an engraved frame enclosed by a four-sided cataract arch, within which is an engraved inscription.
