Burial place marked by a cross on a low plinth. Cross with arms ending in a stylised trillium form with carved circles, framed in the lower part by half-brackets, on a plinth where a bas-relief skull with tibias. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a concave carved crown of thorns, below an engraved inscription. On the pedestal at the front an illegible inscription.

Inscription:

tu spo= / czywa / raib bozi / Jan cho= / łod zył / lat 69 / zmarł //.
