A rectangular flat basalt slab, sunk into the ground, with a cross inscription carved above the marble slab.

Inscription:

Tu schowany członki / Borovich Elżviety / zmarłej 2/X 32. / Drogiej siostrze ot kochających / jej sióstsz / Śpi v pokoju z P. Bogiem / Kochana siostra //.

Damaged edges of slab, slightly weathered stone surface covered with dark layers absorbing dirt from the surroundings. Virtually the entire surface of the slab showing algae and moss infestation.
