Tombstone of Jan Kol[b]aj

Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth. Cross on a low plinth. At the intersection of the arms an engraved inscription (1). Below a relief carved chalice and skull with tibias. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal covered with a wider, moulded panel. On the front an engraved inscription.

(2) Ks JAN / KOL[B]AY / urodz. w r. 1804 / [wyświęcony] w 182[8] / proboszcz w Monasterzyskach / od 1863 do 1873 i / w tym roku [zmarł] //.
