Burial place marked by cross on four-stage plinth, in band. Cross with arms terminating in a carving of a full overhanging arch, on a plinth. Face of cross excavated, decorated with bas-relief acanthus vise with rosette at intersection of arms. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Third step of plinth with moulded top edges and chamfered top corners accented with small pyramids. On each side a slatted frame with molding. In the front one an engraved inscription. Fourth step of plinth in form of chapel with cornice, covered by flattened hipped roof. On each side stepped ogival panels.

D.O.M / ANNA / Z AUGUSTYNIUW / UMIŃSKA / * 1845 + ¹⁰/₆1888 //.
