The burial site is marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a two-stepped rock-shaped plinth and base. Over the arms of the cross is hung a relief carved crown of thorns entwined with oak leaves. On the cross to the front relief carved oak leaves with acorns. On the second step of the pedestal at the front, a relief carved figure of an angel with its head folded over its left shoulder, holding a laurel wreath in its hand, and a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with an engraved inscription in its right hand.
