Burial place marked by a red sandstone gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a plinth. The cross with arms, the left one lost, ending in a trillium form decorated with a rosette on the front and back, with symmetrical half-rails in the lower, wider part. At the intersection of the arms a smaller cross is engraved, with a rosette below. The face of the cross bordered with a groove. The pedestal with moulded upper edges, on the front a panel enclosed by a full overhanging arch, with a ritual inscription.

TU / SPOCZYWA / Ś. P. SZYMON / KILAR / ŻYŁ LAT [60] / ZMARŁ 19[04] ROKU / PROSI O / MODLITWY //.
