Burial site originally marked by cast-iron cross on plinth and two-stage base. The cross lost in mid-height. The plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. On the front a panel closed with a full overhanging arch, in which an engraved inscription.

Tu / spoczywa / S.P. / Anna […] / żyła lat 32 zmarł 3/12 / 1915 r. / Prosi o wes / tchnienie do / Boga //.
