The burial site marked by an obelisk on its own moulded base, plinth and two-stage base. The whole preceded by a band. Obelisk at the front at the top with a relief carved cross in the background a poppy branch with flower and poppies. Below in a medallion a relief portrait of a woman in bust form. The face is depicted in profile with the eye en face, the long hair pulled to the side revealing the face. Below, an inscription plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll with an engraved inscription. The plinth with a panel to the front in which a relief carved heart, cross and anchor framed in a baton frame.
