Burial site marked by an obelisk on a plinth on a concrete base. On the front, in the upper part of the obelisk a relief cross. Side edges of obelisk and plinth chamfered. Two-stepped plinth with chamfered top edges of each step. On the pedestal on the front side an engraved inscription (1). On the right, an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. Ś. + P. / KUNDEREWICZ ŁUKASZ / 1861-1937 / ELŻBIETA / 1886 – 1963 / Najlepszej i najukochańszej / Matce wdzięczne dzieci.
2. Ś. + P. / MARYA KUNDEREWICZ / żyła lat 77 / zasnęła w Bogu 16 Paźdz. 1905 r. / Pokój Jej duszy. / Cześć jej pamięci //.

In 2010 there was still an inscription: S†P / HELENA / KUNDEROWICZ / 1914-1958 † / MICHAEL / KUNDEROWICZ / lived 56 years / died 20 novembre 1873 / PRAISES FOR WEST TO GOD.
