The collection of the Bavarian State Museum (Bayerisches Nationalmuseum) in Munich contains paintings from the panel and wall painting studio of Jan Polak:
Paintings from 1492, formerly part of the main altar of St. Anthony's Church in Munich, which was demolished between 1802 and 1803:
- Triptych. In the centre: "Crucifixion", left: "Prayer on the Mount of Olives", right: "Capture of Jesus",
- "Placing the crown of thorns on Christ's head" ,
- "Laying Christ in the tomb",
The Museum also holds the outer wing of the main altarpiece from St Peter's Church in Munich - 'St Peter heals the sick and the possessed' from 1490.
