The plinth tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper edges, at the top an opening, in which originally there was probably an arm of the cross. On the front side, a frame repeating the shape of the plinth, in its upper part a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, in which an inscription in relief. Destructed in an improvised lapidarium by the cemetery fence.
