Burial site originally marked probably by a cross on plinth and two-stage base, in front of which a band covered by a trellis, in a fence. Cross perpetuated at plinth. The plinth is profiled at the base, slightly tapering towards the top, covered with a profiled canopy, on the front a panel in the form of a stylised cross, with four flowers in relief where the arms meet, framed by a quarter-circle border, within which is a relief inscription (1). On the back there is an identical panel with a relief inscription (2). The second step of the base with moulded upper edges, the first step of the base with chamfered upper edges. To the left of the band covered with a lattice, probably a secondary band in the form of a coffin lid. Fence of iron bars surmounted by alternating lilies and spheres, the outermost bars surmounted by larger stylised lilies.
Inscription:
(1) Ś.P. / ANZELMINA SZYLLING, / 1838-1902. //.
(2) GRÓB / RODZINY JAHILNICKICH / W ROKU 1903. //.
