Burial place marked by a tomb on a rectangular plan covered by a slab with two vertical elements. First element (back): cross on a pedestal in the form of a rock and base. At the intersection of the arms of the cross the mount is visible after the figure of Christ, above the titulus. On the plinth a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with a ritual inscription (1). Second element: cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms the attachment after the figure of Christ is visible. The first step of the plinth of irregular shape. On the front a plaque with an engraved inscription (3). The second step of the pedestal in the form of rocks. In front a bas-relief cross, below a ribbon-shaped plaque with a ritual inscription (2). A concrete band in front of the plaque covering the tomb. The whole is framed by eight cylindrical pedestals connected by an iron bar. At the back of the tomb two bricked up entrance holes with cast iron entablature.

According to Waclaw Wejtka's file, a metal plaque with an inscription was placed on Adam Bancewicz's gravestone. From the obituary: "Adela z Korwin-Piotrowskich Kierewiczowa / Died on 30 b. m. at the age of 75". Time of creation determined hypothetically on the basis of form and dates of life. In Wacław Wejtka's card file, under the letter P, card number 180, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "I, from the entrance, 1st row, N4". Next to the description of Barbara Piotrowska's gravestone is the annotation fence made of iron bars, on granite posts." On the card dedicated to the gravestone of Barbara Piotrowska, there is no reference to other persons buried in this plot.
