Burial place marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and two-stepped base. Cross on plinth. Second step of base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front a lead application in the form of poppies tied with a ribbon, below a lead inscription (1). On the first step of the pedestal on the front an engraved inscription (2). The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of irregular pedestals connected by a cast iron chain. The fence is shared with gravestone No. 51.

1. S. P. JÓZEFA / Z DOWGIAŁŁÓW / JAŹWIŃSKA / UR. ROKU 1810 MAR- / CA D. 10 ZMARŁA RO- / KU 1888 MAJA D. 23 / -.- //.
2. "I otrze Bóg wszelką łzę z oczu / ich; a smierci dalej nie będzie, / ani smętku, ani krzyku, ani bo- / lesci więcej nie będzie, iż pierw- / sze rzeczy przeminęły." / Objaw. S. I. 21.4. //.

The lines of inscription 2 are in italics. Time of composition determined hypothetically on the basis of form and life dates. In Wacław Wejtka's file, under the letter J a card, no. 170, dated 1936. According to Wejtka, the old location of the gravestone is sector "A2. Row II. From the boundary line A-A1 to the exit, No. 13." In the description of the gravestone, "a stone column with a cross at the top made of such a boulder. On the last step of the base sculptures convex, beautiful. The letters of the inscription gilded on the front of the column." Wejdko states that the information is in Teliński on page 227.
