Tombstone of Józefa Dowgiałło

Vilnius | Lithuania

Burial site marked by a broken column on a two-stage plinth. The base of the column profiled. On the shaft of the column a cross is engraved on the front, an engraved inscription below. The second step of the pedestal in the form of an octagon with pyramids added at the corners. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of irregular pedestals connected with a cast-iron chain. The fence is shared with gravestone no. 50.

Tu spoczywa S. P. / JÓZEFA / z CHLEWIŃSKICH / DOWGIAŁŁOWA / zmarła w Wilnie / 8 go Stycznia roku 1888 / w 48 roku życia. / - / Zacnej żonie i matce tę pamiątkę poświęcają mąż / i dzieci prosząc przechodnia o Pozdrowienie Anielskie. //
