In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter L, card number 2, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A2, row I, from the entrance towards the boundary A1, N6". Description of the gravestone: "Stone slab, large, of black granite, polished.Letters of the entry forged, gilded, at the top of the tomb the inscription "Graves of the Lachowicz Family" ask for prayers to God".
