Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Cross bifurcated at mid-height, on a two-stage moulded plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, enclosed on the front by a carving of an arch into a donkey's back. Engraved inscriptions to the front (1) and left side (2). Fencing common to gravestones 037-039.

2) S. P. / Jan / WOŁOSEWICZ / Magister Farmacyi / żył lat 36. / Urodzony w Wilnie / Zmarł w Petersburgu / 8. Maja 1883 r. / spoczął w rodzinnej ziemi / obok rodziców swoich //.
