Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth and base, in band in form of coffin lid. Cross and plinth overturned. Cross on moulded plinth. Plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides and with chamfered upper side edges. On the front a plaque with chamfered corners with an engraved inscription.
