The burial is marked by a three-stepped plinth placed on a base; the central part of the plinth narrower than the lower and upper parts; an inscription engraved directly into the face of the central part; the upper part decorated on each side with relief elements: a tympanum flanked by simple forms of acroterions; on the plinth a trace of a finial In the lower right corner a signature. From the back a panel with the inscription ś. + p.
