The burial place is marked by a plinth on a concrete base placed in the upper right corner of a band made of black granite; an engraved inscription on the front wall of the plinth.

According to a report by members of the Kulpowicz family dated 06-09-2021, the top of the pedestal was topped by an angel figure stolen in the 2000s; on top of the pedestal is a trace of the figure's base.
