Tombstone originally marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth and base, in front of which two bands in the form of a moulded coffin lid. Cross not preserved, on moulded plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth much higher, slightly tapering towards the top, with chamfered upper side edges. On the front two plaques with engraved inscription (1, 2).
