Burial place probably originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base, in front of which a band in the form of a coffin lid. The cross lost at the height of the plinth, not preserved. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, the second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, in front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, in it an inscription in relief. A gravestone in a fence with three others, of the Wincz family. The fence is made of a sequence of three bars forming an ogive topped with a lily in the upper part, of which the middle one is twisted, divided by a bar topped with a ball. Between the bars channels and helices.

Tu spoczywa S. P. / Barbara Lachowicz / ur. Surewicz / 1826-1902 r. / Przednich prosi westchnąć do Bogo. //.
