The burial site marked by a cast iron cross in the form of dry branches on a three-stage plinth and concrete band. Cross on plinth which originally bore an inscription plaque. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ. Second step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The third step of the pedestal covered with a hipped roof. On the front a relief inscription. On the band, to the right, a plaque with information about the founders of the restoration: The tomb was renovated with funds obtained from the action "Poznanians - Rossa".
