Tombstone of Michał Ciezielski

Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a pedestal, on a rock-shaped plinth. Cross with chamfered edges, framed by a stepped border. On the cross the mount of the figure of Christ is visible. On the pedestal in front a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll originally with a carved chalice with the Host, below an open Holy Scripture covered with a stole, on the pages of the Scripture an engraved inscription No. 1. Below an engraved inscription No. 2. In the corners of the tombstone cylindrical pedestals connected with a cast iron chain.

1: Consum- matuo in/ brevi [e]xple-/ vit tempo-/ ra/ pelacita/ enim erat/ Deo/ ma illius./ [...] S.C.IV //. 2: Tu spoczywają zwłoki ś.p./ X. Michała Ciezielskiego/ Magistra Św. teologiii, Kapelana realnego gimnazjum i progimnazjum/ i wikarego Św. Jana/ Zmarł 3 Oktobra 1876 r. w wieku lat 31./ Tę pamiątkę poświęca stroskana Matka //.
