Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, in a band in the form of a coffin lid. Cross not preserved, on plinth. Plinth overturned. The second tier of the plinth with 1/3 chamfered sides, closed gabled. In front a plaque with engraved inscription. The whole is enclosed by a fence, consisting of a band and plinths connected by a cast iron bar, with a chain on the front left. On the band to the front right an engraved signature.

Ś + P / WERONIKA / KUBICKA / ZM 1904 R ŻYŁA / 59 LAT / POKÓJ TWEJ DU / SZY DROGA - / MATKO //.
