Tombstone of the family of Scislaw and Kuchaty

Karviná | Czech Republic

The burial site marked by a cross and stele on a common two-stage plinth and with the grave field enclosed by a band and covered by three slabs, the central one wider and slightly higher. Cross on left, stele on right. The cross of simplified, cubic form, its transverse beam taking the shape of a rectangular panel on which a small medallion with the head of Christ, inscribed in a Gracian cross. Below at the front an inscription (1). A stele lower than the cross, rectangular, on which an engraved inscription (2) on the front. On the second step of the pedestal in the upper right corner a signature. Inscriptions and medallion gilt.
