Ligotka Kameralna | Czech Republic
cz. Komorní Lhotka, niem. Kameral Elgoth
Arrangement of tombstones in the cemetery irregular, lack of old trees. Preserved 72 tombstones, mostly related to Polish culture.
Variants of the name:
Hřbitov Komorní Lhotka
Time of origin:
ca. 1780
Area:
approx. 0.12 ha
History:
The cemetery was established next to the Protestant church built in 1782-83. Probably a cemetery was located in the area next to the church from that time. However, no gravestone monument has survived from this period. The oldest gravestone of Stefan Laydes dates from around 1808. The memorial to Jan Bohumil Tschammer (5.4.1790 - 26.4.1852), from Iskryče, resident of Horní Domaslavice, and his wife Kristýna Beata, née Tschickard (29.11.1787 - 9/5/1858) also stands out among the monuments in the cemetery, dating from around 1860.
Active/inactive cemetery:
No
