Tombstone of Maria Wasilewska

Vilnius | Lithuania

Burial site marked by a cross on a plinth in a concrete band in the form of a coffin. The plinth tapers upwards, with chamfered upper side edges, with a square upright. A gabled closed plaque to the front, where at the top is an oval niche with a photograph, below is an engraved inscription. Plaque half broken off. The lower half now leaning against the plinth. A fragment of the plaque on the left broken, not preserved. The photograph shows a bust of a young woman, facing left semi-profile, against a light background. She is dressed in a white blouse. Short, dark hair.
