Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (3). Second step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front (1) and on the back (2) an engraved inscription.

2. S. P. / Marja / z Zabłockich / Klicka / zm. 4 Marca / 1887 r. / wieku lat 31. //.
3. Stroskany Mąsz najukochan- / szej żonie tę pamiątkę poświęca / i prosi przechodnia o pozdrowienie. //.
