Rectangular tomb framed by a band passing at the head into a wall with an uplift topped by a cross. Cross and wall overturned. Cross on plinth. The buttress closed trilaterally, covered with simplified volutes. On the walls originally plaques with engraved inscription (1, 2). On the band, the plinths connected by cast-iron bars, with a chain on the front right. On the pedestals at the back two vases with circular feet, with nodus, with knocked bowls. On the band to the front an engraved signature.

Adam Pawłowski died in the 1920s. Also buried in the tomb was Maria Pawłowska, who died in 1945. Information about the deceased buried in the family tomb was obtained thanks to a relative of Mrs Maria Pawłowska in Gdańsk.
