Burial site originally marked by a cast-iron cross on a rock-hewn plinth. Cross not preserved, on plinth. On the plinth at the front a plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll with a ritual inscription.

S. P. / Henryk / POPŁAWSKI / ur. 19 Grudnia 1821 r. / um. 1 stycznia 1883 r. / Stroskane dzieci / te pamiątkę poświęcają i proszą / o westchnienie do Boga. //.

Next to the description of the gravestone there is a note: "metal cross at the top with a crucifixion, fence made of iron bars on 4 granite posts, partly destroyed".
