An earth tomb on a rectangular plan framed by a band passing at the head into a cross on a wall with an uplift. Cross made of metal pipes, knocked down, preserved in the vicinity of the tombstone. The uplift of the wall framed by triangular buttresses. On the front a plaque with a ritual inscription, partly unpreserved. On the band seven two-stepped pedestals connected by doubled iron bars, on the front left originally with a chain, below an engraved signature. Inside the quatrefoil a cast-iron inscription plaque relating to the burial of Alexander Schoenfeld is preserved.

According to the file of Wacław Wejtka (card no. 78), referring to Antoni Łazarewicz, the tombstone of Alexander Schoenfeld was "very beautiful in the shape of a column made of granite, decorated with sculpture and metal wreaths. On the front a photograph with an effigy of a face in gilded metal frames." The photograph depicted "a young man with very sympathetic and noble facial features, exquisitely executed". On the tombstone was a plaque with the inscription: Schönfeld / Alexander / b. 1861 d. 1889 / Rest his soul //.
