Rectangular tomb, covered with a slab, at the head of which is a cross on a three-stepped plinth. Greek cross on a plinth. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered top edge, engraved signature on the right side. The second step of the plinth with moulded upper edges, on the front and back an engraved inscription. The third step of the plinth slightly tapering towards the top enclosed by an arch cut into a donkey's back, on the front an engraved inscription. On the slab four granite plinths linked by a metal chain.

3. Drugi stopień cokołu, tył:
Wieczny pokój wieczne / Odpocznienie racz mu / dać Panie / a światłość / wiekuista niech mu / świeci Amen //.
