On the façade wall of the parish church in Zimna Woda is an epitaph, probably commemorating the foundress Maria Catherine Mart, who is buried there, with the inscription "DOM / u Dei parae Mariae D. Catharina V. Mart (Cil) Socis ies vie obl. A. Dem hanc / erexit / III.mus. et Reveren. Mus D. Ioann. Andre. Prugnicki Arch. le. Oli. days ga(v) / Post Peneco. AD MDCXXV / consecravit". It has a Baroque frame, decorated with the monogram "IHS" inscribed in the symbol of the sun. The temple was surrounded by a former cemetery.
