The burial place marked by a diagonal gravestone with a relief cross and a plaque with a ritual inscription. The whole is framed by six plinths originally connected by a cast iron bar.

According to Wacław Wejtka's file (25 May 1936), the gravestone is marked by a wooden cross with a tin plaque bearing the inscription: S. + P. / Michał / Dauksza / Died 11. X. 1934 / at the age of 65 / Peace to His soul. //. This allows us to hypothetically determine the time of the tombstone's creation to be between 1936 and 1939.
