Tombstone of Hipolit and Tekla Kuczuk

Burial place marked by a cast iron cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms with volute caps, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms the mounts of the figure of Christ are visible, above the titulus. The first step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal closed with a carved full arch. On the front engraved Siekierz coat of arms, below an engraved inscription (1). On the right side an engraved inscription (2). The gravestone together with the monument No. 10 enclosed by a band on the plan of the letter 'L'.

1. Tu spoczywają zwłoki ś. p. Hipolita / KUCZUKA / Kollegialnego Assesora / zm. 2 stycznia 1871 r. / wieku lat 56. /-.- / Błogosławieni miłosierni / albowiem oni miłosierdzia dostąpią / -.- / Żona poświęca tę pamiątkę //.
2. Tekla / z Marcinowskich / KUCZUKOWA / umarła lat 85 / pogrzebiona / 20 października / 1898 roku. //.
