Tombstone of Donat Rejkowski

Burial place marked by a headstone, at the head of which there was originally an urn on a column and on a two-stage plinth and base. Urn not preserved. Cannelled column on base with plinth. To the front of the column panels with a nonpreserved cross and medallion. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth with an engraved frame with geometric ornament in the corners. In the frame a rectangular panel after a photograph, below an engraved inscription. The second step of the pedestal covered with profiled panels.

According to Wacław Wejtka's file, the gravestone was originally topped with an urn "of white marble". At the same time, he reported (dated 18 September 1934) that "both medallions, on the column and on the plaque with the inscription, are torn out".
