Tombstone originally marked by a cross on a stele. The stele tapering upwards, flowing smoothly into the foot of the cross. On the front of the stele an engraved inscription.

S. P. / Jan / LACHOWICKI / zm. 25 List. r. 1889 / wieku lat 42. i dzieci Jego Bolieś / Jaś Ignaś Antoś / stroskana żona z dziećmi prosi / o pozdrowienie Anielskie. //.
