Burial site originally marked by stele on plinth and pedestal and concrete band. The stele overturned, tapering upwards with a rotte finial. Stele decorated to the right with a carved rose bush [?]. Inscription engraved, mostly invisible or chipped. Above the inscription an oval panel. Pedestal with chamfered top edges, with signature. The plinth in the form of a pile of rocks. The front of the plinth shows traces of fixing.

Inscription:

[...] W BO[GU] / [...] RO[DU?] [Ż?]AGA[N?] / * [...] 1[9?]14 / [15?] [...] 1927 / [UM?]ARŁ[A?]Ś, LECZ / [W] SERCACH NADAL / ŻYJESZ! //.
